Manages the collection of rates, service charges, and other municipal income to ensure the financial viability of local government operations.

Supply Chain Management

Oversees the procurement of goods and services in a manner that is fair, equitable, transparent, competitive, and cost-effective.

Expenditure & Payroll

Manages the payment of creditors, municipal staff salaries, and ensures that all financial obligations are met on time.

Financial Reporting

Produces monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accountability to Council, National Treasury, and the public.

Asset & Liability Management

Maintains the municipal asset register and manages the municipality’s investments and debt to safeguard long-term financial health.
